Top: Girls
Student attitudes are affected by clothing they wear. Your cooperation is appreciated in using the following guidelines for acceptable attire. The following are considered unsuitable types of dress for our students: tank tops, halter tops, shirts with offensive or violent writing, pictures, or patterns, exposed midriffs, spandex biker pants, shorts/skirts above the fingertips when the arm is extended downward, hats/caps including baseball caps and fishnet or see-through shirts.
Bottom: Girls
The following are considered unsuitable types of dress for our students: spandex biker pants and shorts/skirts above the fingertips when the arm is extended downward. All shoes must fasten securely on the foot for the safety of the children (no flip-flops or backless clogs). Please remember that an athletic or other rubber soled shoe(tennis shoe) must be worn on PE days.
Top: Boys

Outerwear
Students have daily outdoor recess except in weather below 32 degress and rainy weather. Students should have suitable clothing to wear on outside for recess.
Additional Notes
Hats/caps and including baseball caps as well as hoods are not worn in the building. The following rule applies to all Hamilton County Schools: No caps or hats shall be worn at school with the exception of the shops at the technical/vocational high schools. Caps considered to be part of the ROTC uniform are acceptable when worn with full uniform.
